Start the service of the rear speed sensor by disconnecting its connector. You need to take out the clamp bolt from the upper control bracket maintaining 13 Nm (130 kgf-cm, 9 ft. lbs.) torque. The installation starts by removing the 6 resin clips that fasten the sensor wire harness onto the frame, upper control arm and axle housing. The speed sensor along with its mounting bolt needs to be removed by using 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 inch lbs.) torque. You need to eliminate the O-ring which is attached to the speed sensor. The installation process requires execution in the reverse order of disassembly while a signal check of the speed sensor completes the work.
