How to replace the Liftgate Lift Support on 2002 Toyota Highlander?

In order to take off the trunk or liftgate shock/support, take out the back door stay assembly on left side by removing the bolts and the stay and hold the door by hand. To install, the stay with the bolts, and repeat on the right hand side.
