How to replace the windshield wiper motor assembly on 2002 Toyota Highlander?

To change the windshield wiper motor assembly, unscrew the wiper arm covers, and unscrew the front wiper arms. Disassemble the cowl top ventilator louver, strip the connector and remove the windshield wiper link assembly. Place the new motor assembly and fix it and reattach the parts. Clean the wiper pivot and re-attach the wiping arms, and inspect the wiping.
