How to replace the rear wiper motor assembly on 2001 Toyota Highlander?

In order to change the rear wiper motor assembly, take off the wiper arm cover, arm assembly, grommet, assist strap cover and trim panel. Unplug motor, take off bolts and insert new motor with required torque. Attach the wiper arm again and make sure that it is in the right place and test the wiper.
