    A: The procedure to service and repair the rear sway bar kit starts by taking off the rear wheels then moving onto the sway bar links by removing their 2 nuts; if the ball joint rotates with the nut apply a 5 mm hexagon wrench to secure the stud. Apply this same procedure to the second side of the vehicle. The removal procedure starts with taking out the 3 bolts and heat insulator along with its clip. Start by unscrewing the two bolts followed by bracket and bushing removal from both sides of the sway bar kit. The sway bar kit should then be taken off. Check the sway bar link ball joint for its rotation condition by moving the ball joint stud 5 times back and forth before applying the nut. Turn the torque wrench at a constant speed of 1 turn during a 2-4 second period to measure torque on the fifth turn while striving to reach a 0.05 - 1.0 Nm (0.5 - 10 kgf-cm, 0.4 - 8.7 inch lbs.) turning torque. Begin sway bar kit installation by putting in place the bar followed by the bushings and the sway bar brackets at 19 Nm (195 kgf-cm, 14 ft. lbs.) torque while placing the bushing on the outer edge of its stopper. The installation process begins with placing the heat insulator before adding sway bar links that require 39 Nm of torque (400 kgf-cm or 29 ft. lbs.). In case the ball joint rotates with the nut, apply a hexagon wrench (5 mm) to stabilize the stud. Complete the installation of rear wheels by tightening them to 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft. lbs.).
