Throttle Position Sensor

Remove the 3 set screws and the sensor, then install a new sensor, ensuring the throttle valve is at an opener opening angle of about 4°. Position the sensor 20° to the left from the specified installation position, gradually turn it clockwise until it touches the throttle valve shaft, and tighten the 3 set screws to a torque of 5.4 Nm (55 kg.cm, 48 in.lb).

First, disconnect the throttle position sensor connector on the lead wire, then remove the 2 set screws and the throttle position sensor. Install a new throttle position sensor, ensuring the throttle valve is at an opener opening angle of about 5.5 degrees, and position the sensor 15 degrees to the right from the specified installation position. Gradually turn the sensor counterclockwise until it touches the throttle valve shaft and temporarily tighten the 2 set screws. Connect the throttle position sensor connector, ensuring the accelerator pedal position sensor connector is not connected.
