    Q:
How to Service and Repair the Fuel Pressure Regulator on Toyota Highlander? Posted by Customer
    A:
A slight gasoline coating on 2 new O-rings should precede their attachment to the fuel pressure regulator before installation. Attach the fuel pressure regulator onto the fuel filter after applying a gasoline-based lubricant to two new O-rings. First place the No. 1 fuel suction support into position while proceeding with installation of the fuel pump and fuel pump harness and fuel suction plate sub-assembly. After fitting the fuel sender gauge assembly continue with the installation. The installation of the fuel suction tube assembly should proceed after gauges and pumps.

    Q:
How to service and repair the fuel pressure regulator on Toyota Sienna? Posted by Customer
    A:
Service and repair of the fuel pressure regulator requires first removing the fuel pump assembly from the fuel tank after subsequent removal of the fuel filter with unscrewing and pulling it out followed by removal of the O-ring from the fuel filter. To install the new O-ring apply gasoline using a thin coat and tighten it to 2.0 Nm (20 kg.cm, 17 in.lb). Begin by extracting the fuel pressure regulator from its location by unscrewing it first then pulling it out afterwards before taking out the O-ring from the regulator. To install the O-ring apply a thin layer of gasoline on the fresh part and torque it to 2.0 Nm (20 kg.cm, 17 in.lb). You should execute the installation sequence as the opposite of your removal steps.
