How to install the Fuel Level Sensor assembly on Toyota Venza?

The fuel level sensor assembly needs to be mounted to the fuel tank through six bolts at 3.5 Nm torque (36 kgf-cm, 31 in-lbf) while taking caution to avoid bending the assembly arm. Before moving forward the technician must connect the fuel level sensor connector followed by installing the rear No. 2 floor service hole cover with its new butyl tape. Set the fuel level sensor in its proper position by sliding it down without bending the arm and safely fasten its wire harness. Afterward install both the fuel suction tube assembly and its pump and gauge unit. Following the negative terminal connection step remember to initialem the system if necessary after reconnecting the cable. The last step includes checking for fuel leakage.
