Install the power steering vane pump by first placing it correctly then fasten it with the 2 bolts, nut, and 3 washers at a torque setting of 19 Nm (190 kgf-cm, 14 ft. lbs.). The pressure feed tube installation requires Special Service Tool: 09023-12700. When installing torque the tube to 39.5 Nm (400 kgf-cm, 29 ft. lbs.) while using a torque wrench with a fullcrum length of 345 mm (11.81 inch).
