How to install the cooling fan motor on Toyota Matrix?

Installation of the cooling fan motor should be done by use of 3 screws attached to the motor with 3.9 Nm torque. Fit 3 harness clamps to the fan shroud. Do the same thing to the No. 2 motor, using 2 screws and 4 clamps. Install the radiator assembly, install the two fans with nut tightening with a 6.3 Nm torque.

How to service the radiator cooling fan motor on Toyota Matrix?

To service the radiator cooling fan motor, remove the radiator assembly and the No. 2 fan. Detach the 4 harness clamps, remove screws and the motor insulator, then take out the No. 2 cooling fan motor. Finally, detach the harness clamps and remove the cooling fan motor.
