How to remove and install a radiator on Toyota Matrix?

Start by draining the engine coolant before unfastening the radiator hose inlet and outlet and subsequently disconnecting the oil cooler inlet hose No.1 and outlet hose No.1 that serve the automatic transaxle. The radiator assembly removal requires disconnecting the fan motor connector along with taking out the two clamps from the wire-harness on the fan shroud followed by unscrewing the two fan mount bolts to extract the fan motor assembly. Begin radiator assembly installation and follow it with fan motor and fan installation using the two fan mount bolts. After installation of the radiator assembly install the two clamps securing the wire-harness from the fan shroud and fan motor connector. Secure the automatic transaxle oil cooler outlet hose No.1 to the oil cooler inlet hose No.1 and proceed to join the radiator hose outlet and inlet. Engine coolant must be added before concluding the inspection for coolant leaks.
