The vane pump assembly requires a "torx" socket (E10) to install the stud bolt for securing the pump to the components and should be tightened to 22 Nm (224 kgf-cm, 16 ft-lbf). Follow up with installation of the 2 bolts and nut while torquing them to 43 Nm (438 kgf-cm, 32 ft-lbf). First loosen vane pump V belt tension through counterclockwise motion of the belt tensioner before securing the vane pump bolt. Use a new gasket to join the pressure feed tube assembly with a union bolt at its ends before torquing it to 50 Nm (510 kgf-cm, 37 ft-lbf). Install the oil reservoir onto pump hose No. 1 through hose clamping with one clip and double-hose securing using two clips. Follow the procedure to fit the new air cleaner system. Add power steering fluid and perform power steering fluid bleeding after the installation process. The final step should include an examination for power steering fluid leaks.
