  As the initial step for front Sway Bars removal start by removing the No. 1 engine under cover, No. 2 engine under cover, engine under cover rear LH, and engine under cover rear RH. Direct the front wheels to be parallel then tie the steering wheel in place. Start by taking away the column hole cover silencer sheet then disconnect the No. 2 steering intermediate shaft assembly before separating the No. 1 steering column hole cover sub-assembly. First disconnect the front wheels before you loosen the front lower No. 1 suspension arm sub-assembly LH then separate the front lower No. 1 suspension arm sub-assembly LH and RH. The technician must begin by separating the front sway bar link assembly LH and RH before working on the tie rod end sub-assembly LH and RH. The technician must remove the front suspension member reinforcement LH and RH together with the front suspension member brace rear LH and RH and the front suspension crossmember sub-assembly. The technical work begins by taking out the 4 bolts from the front suspension member front brace LH and follows with the removal of the front lower No. 1 suspension arm sub-assembly LH. The process ends by detaching the front Sway Bars from the front suspension crossmember sub-assembly along with removal of its 2 No. 1 front sway bar bush from the front Sway Bars.

  Start Sway Bars front repairs by removing the front wheel followed by the hood sub-assembly and suspending the engine assembly. Start service of the front Sway Bars by disconnecting both front suspension No. 1 lower arm sub-assemblies on left and right sides before moving on to the front Sway Bars followed by power steering link assembly and pressure feed tube assembly and front suspension crossmember sub-assembly. The front Sway Bars removal requires disassembly of four bolts and two bushes along with No. 1 sway bar brackets from both sides before you can remove the bar itself. Install the new Sway Bars with its attached bushes and brackets while using four bolts for securing the structure until it reaches a torque value of 37 Nm (377 kgf-cm, 27 ft. lbs.). Maintain the bushes with the slit positioned toward the vehicle's rear side while keeping them externally past the paint lines. Begin by attaching the front suspension crossmember sub-assembly and pressure feed tube assembly and power steering link assembly and the front Sway Bars followed by connecting the front suspension No. 1 lower arm sub-assemblies on both sides. The front wheel needs to be reinstalled with 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft. lbs.) torque before the hood sub-assembly is reinstalled while checking for any required adjustments. The end of the process includes checking and readjusting the front wheel alignment if required.
