Use 3 bolts to install the air filter box sub-assembly before torquing it to 7.0 Nm (71 kgf-cm, 62 in-lbf). After that, connect the wire harness. Follow installation of the No. 1 air filter box hose by tightening its clamp and then connect the ventilation hose with the No. 2 fuel vapor feed hose. Put the filter element sub-assembly into the air filter box while locking the cap assembly then clamp the No. 1 hose securely. Install both the No. 1 vacuum switching valve assembly alongside the mass air flow meter in these steps.
