Your first step to install the 2AZ-FXE emission control system charcoal canister assembly should be to fasten the charcoal canister bracket with two bolts torque at 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf). Install the charcoal canister after attaching it with a bolt followed by a clip while tightening it to 39 Nm (398 kgf-cm, 29 ft-lbf). The installation of the charcoal canister bracket requires three bolts that should be torqued to 39 Nm (398 kgf-cm, 29 ft-lbf) on the body side while the charcoal canister side receives 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf). Complete the installation by following a sequence of connecting the purge line hose with wire harness clamp then vapor pressure sensor connector and finally the charcoal canister filter sub-assembly. Fitting and torquing the fuel tank assembly represents the final step along with leak inspection of the exhaust system.
