Begin by attaching the outlet radiator hose while installing the inlet radiator hose with proper placement of the hose clamp on the fan shroud. Mount the 2 radiator supports to the radiator afterward and position the radiator on your vehicle while connecting its Automatic Transaxle oil cooler hoses. Use 2 bolts to fasten the No. 2 fan shroud before torquing to 7.0 Nm (71 kgf-cm, 62 in-lbf) and connect the 2 fan motor connectors. The 2 radiator support cushions should be installed onto the No. 2 fan shroud before connecting outlet and inlet radiator hoses followed by securing the heated oxygen sensor wire harness clamp. Fasten the hood lock support using 4 bolts while torquing them to achieve 13 Nm (127 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf). Then secure the 2 hone connectors. The hood lock control cable should be installed according to the diagram while clamping onto the hood lock support.
