• Q: How to install the radiator on 2009 Toyota Yaris?

  A: The first step for radiator installation includes mounting the drain cock onto the radiator structure. The next step involves installing 2 radiator reserve tank hose grommets after which 2 radiator support cushions are attached to the radiator assembly. Secure the 2 claws to install the fan shroud before adding the oil cooler inlet hose and outlet hose with attached clips. Until completed placing the radiator assembly within the vehicle fasten both claws while being careful to avoid unnecessary pressure on cooler condenser assemblies or piping. The cooling fan motor connector needs to be connected along with wire harness clamps. To install the radiator assembly on cars without air conditioning install both the radiator unit and the cooling fan motor connector and wire harness clamps.
