  A: Beginning the 1NZ-FE engine fuel injector removal requires the discharge of fuel system pressure combined with disconnection of the negative terminal cable. Proceed by first removing the cylinder head cover No. 2 and ignition coil No. 1 before you disconnect ventilation hose then ventilation hose No. 2. You must first disconnect the fuel injector connectors before working on the connector and 3 harness clamps and the engine wire harness. Then remove the bolt and wire harness bracket before taking out the 9 bolts and 2 nuts and 2 seal washers.
