2009 Toyota Venza Parts Questions & Experts Answers
Q: How to install the rear Window Motor assembly for the LH side on 2009 Toyota Venza?
A: The first step to install the LH side rear power window regulator motor assembly is to position the regulator arm lower than the intermediate mark. A "TORX" T25 driver should be used to install 3 screws on the rear power window regulator motor assembly while applying torque to 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf). The window regulator incorporates built-in drilling features for self-generated installation points. The installation process requires the rear door window regulator assembly then the rear door glass sub-assembly followed by the rear door window division bar sub-assembly then the rear door glass run before installing the rear door service hole cover and rear door inside handle sub-assembly and rear door trim board sub-assembly in sequence. You should functionally connect the rear power window regulator switch with both the rear door armrest base panel and the rear door inside handle bezel plug. The connecting procedure requires cable placement on the negative battery terminal and follows system initialization if necessary then starts the power window control system.
