Place the sensor with proper orientation then replace it when dropped before you complete safe connector attachment and prevent sensor impact while installing. The installation process includes vinyl mounting the rear console box assembly and placing the console box carpet followed by rear console box pocket and rear upper console panel sub-assembly before adding the upper console panel sub-assembly and shift lever knob sub-assembly. The last step should include executing Yaw Rate Sensor zero point calibration and validating the yaw rate sensor signal output.
