Begin by removing the front console box assembly before you can access the transmission control cable that operates on the A750E automatic transmission/transaxle. You should start by placing the shift lever to position N before you unfasten the cable from the automatic transmission using single nut and its attached clip. First disconnect the transmission control cable end from the shift lever and retain the support assembly and then the nut before completing the cable end separation operation. To disconnect the transmission control cable from the shift lever retainer you must take away the clip. You must pull the transmission control cable towards the vehicle interior after removing its two bolts.
