A light gasoline or spindle oil coating must be applied first to both the fuel delivery pipe region where the fuel injector O-ring resides followed by a second coating of the O-ring until fuel injector mounting onto the delivery pipe commences while checking for O-ring fractures or compression. Test the fuel injector movement for normal operation because restricted movement indicates that you need to replace the O-ring. The first step for the fuel delivery pipe sub-assembly includes installing new injector vibration insulators onto the cylinder head before adding 2 fuel delivery spacers with their longer section positioned against the cylinder face. Ease the fuel delivery pipe with its 4 fuel injectors onto the cylinder head and secure the 2 bolts but keep the injectors from falling during this process.
