  A: The first step for condenser removal begins with taking off the front bumper assembly without a front spoiler followed by taking off the front bumper assembly with a front spoiler depending on the situation. The hood lock assembly must be removed first and then the radiator support needs to be eliminated for the 2AZ-FE or 2ZR-FE engine types. Engine-dependent hose clamps require removal for disconnecting the water by-pass hose. The process to remove the 2AZ-FE upper radiator support sub-assembly requires disconnecting the horn connector followed by bolt removal of 5 bolts; perform the same steps for the 2ZR-FE. Take out the No. 2 fan shroud from both 2AZ-FE and 2ZR-FE engine models. Recover refrigerant from the refrigeration system before disconnecting the discharge hose sub-assembly by unbolt and removing the O-ring then seal the openings with vinyl tape to stop moisture and foreign matter from entering.
