    The first step for condenser HVAC removal requires transferring the refrigerant out of the refrigeration system. The air conditioning tube assembly requires disassembly by removing the bolt before disconnecting the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A from the w/receiver condenser assembly. An O-ring must be extracted from the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A before sealing the disconnected parts with vinyl tape. Proceed by removing the discharging hose sub-assembly bolt before removing both the sub-assembly and its w/receiver condenser assembly attachment. Extract the O-ring on the sub-assembly then tape both openings with vinyl. The w/receiver condenser assembly can be removed when technicians remove 2 bolts securing the Radiator upper supports while sliding the upper portion backward after unbolted both supports.

    You should fasten a w/receiver condenser assembly using two bolts which require a torque of 9.8 Nm (100 kgf-cm, 87 in-lbf). The new condenser requires an addition of 40 cc (1.4 fl. oz.) ND-8 or equivalent compressor oil during installation. Afterward, use the 2 radiator upper supports to mount them by attaching 2 bolts. When attaching the discharge hose sub-assembly users need to remove vinyl tape from both ends before they should lubricate a new O-ring and hose connection with ND-OIL 8 or an equivalent compressor oil. The discharge hose sub-assembly requires an installed O-ring before connecting it to the w/receiver condenser assembly using a bolt tightened to 5.4 Nm (54 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf). The air conditioning tube assembly requires following steps: first remove tape from pipe and w/receiver condenser assembly connection then apply ND-OIL 8 or equivalent compressor oil to new O-ring and pipe joint. Install O-ring onto cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A while bolting the connection to w/receiver condenser assembly and torquing the bolt to 5.4 Nm (54 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf). Conduct the refrigerant charging process after engine warming whileInspecting for possible refrigerant leakage.
