The installation process for the No. 3 parking brake cable assembly begins with the installation of the No. 3 parking brake cable clamp followed by attaching the No. 3 cable with 6 bolts at the specified torque along with developing the claws before making the connection to the No. 1 parking brake pull rod. The installation process continues with connecting the No. 3 parking brake cable assembly followed by parking brake shoe lever sub-assembly LH and final installation of No. 2 and No. 1 parking brake shoe assemblies LH together with parking brake shoe return spring. The rear disc installation process requires two bolts that need 95 Nm (969 kgf-cm and 70 ft-lbf) torque to attach the rear disc brake cylinder assembly LH. The brake hose must not be twisted and all bolts need to be free of foreign matter and without damage. Adjust the parking brake lever travel plus install the rear wheel that requires a torque tightening force of 131 Nm (1336 kgf-cm, 97 ft-lbf). Proceed to install the rear console box sub-assembly (w/o Cool Box), the cooling box assembly (w/ Cool Box), the rear console end panel sub-assembly, the No. 1 cooler cover (w/ Cool Box), the upper console panel sub-assembly, the console cup holder box sub-assembly, the rear upper console panel sub-assembly, the lower center instrument cluster finish panel sub-assembly, the shift lever knob sub-assembly, the lower instrument panel pad sub-assembly RH, the No. 1 instrument panel finish panel cushion, the lower instrument panel pad sub-assembly LH, and the No. 2 instrument panel finish panel cushion. The last step involves installing the front seat assembly LH (w/ Cool Box) while operating the Cool Box to charge the refrigerant before warming up the engine for leak testing of refrigerant gas (w/ Cool Box).
