The outer rear view mirror assembly installation requires three bolts which need to be torqued to 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf). Afterward, establish the connector connection. After the front door No. 2 service hole cover starts the sequence of front door trim board sub-assembly followed by front door armrest base upper panel installation that mirrors the right-hand side process. Use the ratchet and socket to connect the cable to the negative battery terminal where it should achieve a torque rating of 3.9 Nm (40 kgf-cm, 35 in-lbf).
