How to remove the exhaust pipe assembly on 2009 Toyota Avalon?

You need to check for existing gaskets on the pipe before removing the 2GR-FE engine exhaust assembly while also replacing rusted bolts and nuts if necessary. To start the operation disconnect heated oxygen sensor connectors from bank 1 and 2 sensor 2 then remove the sensors from the system. Unlock the front exhaust pipe No. 1 support bracket through removing two nuts before removing the rear exhaust pipe No. 1 support bracket with its two bolts. The exhaust pipe front assembly requires uninstallation after removing 2 nuts from the left bank exhaust manifold and 2 bolts from the right bank exhaust pipe manifold and extracting the pipe front along with its 3 gaskets from the front location. Move to the exhaust pipe assembly center point by removing the 4 exhaust pipe tail nuts before disconnecting its supports and extracting the exhaust pipe center with both gaskets. Two bolts should be removed from the exhaust pipe damper. Using a plastic hammer and tap the baffles evenly from each exhaust pipe tail after removing the 2 exhaust pipe tails by disconnecting their 5 supports.
