The next step involves removing the bolt and dividing the discharge hose sub-assembly from the cooler condenser assembly before extracting the O-ring from the sub-assembly hose. The opening must be sealed with vinyl tape to block moisture and foreign matter entrance. First disconnect the air conditioning tube assembly by uninstalling its bolt then separating it from the condenser assembly before removing the O-ring that belongs to the tube assembly and applying vinyl tape for sealing the connection. First, remove the nut holding the cooler condenser bracket No. 1 and then disconnect the 4 bolts and nut and the cooler condenser cushion No. 2. Proceed to remove cooler condenser cushion No. 1 after removing its 4 bolts and the cushion from its position. The last step entails the removal of the cooler condenser core.
