Condenser Assembly

Use needle nose pliers to install the cooler dryer before placing a new O-ring on the cap followed by applying compressor oil (ND-OIL 8 or equivalent) to the fitting surfaces. Secure the cap to the cooler condenser assembly using a 14 mm (0.55 in.) hexagon wrench according to a torque requirement of 2.9 Nm (30 kgf-cm, 25 in-lbf). Begin by adding a new O-ring to the cap and then coat both the O-ring fitting surfaces and the cap with compressor oil that is equivalent to ND-OIL 8. The hexagon wrench with a 14 mm (0.55 in.) size should be used to fasten the cap onto the cooler condenser assembly until it reaches 2.9 Nm (30 kgf-cm, 25 in-lbf) of torque.

Remove the bolt and O-ring, and seal the openings with vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering.

Install cooler condenser cushion No. 2 with 4 bolts and a nut, also torqued to 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 47 in-lbf).

Disconnect the air conditioning tube assembly by removing the bolt and separating it from the cooler condenser assembly, followed by removing the O-ring and sealing the opening with vinyl tape.

Charge the refrigerant, warm up the engine, and inspect for refrigerant leakage.
