Install the new exhaust manifold gasket along with the exhaust manifold under the correct sequence of 5 nuts which require 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 16 ft-lbf) torque. The manifold support bracket requires installation with 3 bolts in the exact sequence that needs to be tightened to 43 Nm (438 kgf-cm, 32 ft-lbf). Torque the 4 bolts of the No. 1 exhaust manifold heat insulator to 12 Nm (122 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf). Secure the drive shaft assembly RH followed by the front axle assembly RH as well as the No. 1 front suspension arm sub-assembly RH and the front stabilizer link assembly RH, tie rod end sub-assembly RH, front speed sensor RH, front axle shaft RH nut and the front wheel in place while making sure components stay properly mounted.
