The exhaust manifold nuts require torquing to 37 Nm (377 kgf-cm, 27 ft-lbf) by using a new gasket while applying the torque through the specified installation order. The first manifold stay receives a bolt and nut installation that reaches 44 Nm (449 kgf-cm, 33 ft-lbf) torque strength before the installation of the second bolt and nut combination occurs with the equivalent torque value of 44 Nm (449 kgf-cm, 33 ft-lbf). Secure the 4 front exhaust pipe bolts while applying the 2 compression springs. The worker should start by mounting the air fuel ratio sensor and the No. 1 exhaust manifold insulator.
