  A: Install the vane pump assembly by first tightening the two bolts to the vane pump but later use these bolts to fasten the vane pump permanently. The 34 Nm (347 kgf-cm, 25 ft-lbf) torque must be applied to the 2 bolts using Special Service Tool: 09249-63010 and a 14 mm deep socket after the torque wrench reaches a 300 mm (11.81 in.) fulcrum length and maintains tool parallelism with the wrench throughout the process. The oil pressure switch requires attachment with a connector next. The pressure feed tube assembly requires installation of the pressure feed tube with new gasket to the vane pump through a union bolt method. It is essential to position the stopper of the pressure feed tube against the vane pump body. Holding the pressure port union with a 27 mm wrench secure the union bolt to 50 Nm torque before attaching the pressure feed tube with bolt to the pump bracket rear and torquing it to 7.8 Nm. Secure the No. 1 oil reservoir to the pump hose through the clip but avoid wasting fluid on the V belt. Set the fan V belt into position along with the generator V belt and also install the front fender apron seal right hand side before putting the right hand side front wheel in place.
