  A: Secure the knock sensor using the nut while maintaining proper orientation before connecting its sensor connector and torquing it to 20 Nm (205 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf). After installing the intake manifold insulator on the cylinder block the mechanic will position a fresh gasket into place before tightening the 5 bolts and 2 nuts at 30 Nm (305 kgf-cm, 22 ft-lbf) torque specification. The installation requires positioning the union to check valve hose into the vacuum hose clamp while you should attach the wire harness clamp along with connecting the camshaft timing oil control valve connector followed by uniting the union to check valve hose with the brake booster while ensuring correct paint mark position and hose clamp level.
