  A: You should start by removing the front wiper arm along with its blade assembly on the left side by unfastening the nut and wiper arm and blade. The same approach should be followed for removing components from the correct side of the car. A clip remover will detach each of the 16 claws which secure the hood to cowl top seal. Use the clip remover tool to detach the claw from the front fender to cowl side seal on the left side before applying the same method to the right side. You can take off the cowl top ventilator louver sub-assembly by removing its 2 clips and removing 8 claws from it. Remove the front wiper motor along with link assembly by disconnecting the connector then removing the nut before taking out the four assembly bolts. The windshield wiper motor assembly requires disconnecting the wiper link rod from the wiper motor with a screwdriver whose tip has been taped for safety purposes before the wiper motor can be removed by rotating the crank arm clockwise after the removal of 3 bolts.
