How to remove the drive belt on 2008 Toyota Solara?

The process to remove the drive belt from the 2AZ-FE engine starts with taking out the right-hand wheel and right-hand side front fender apron seal first. Remove the engine cover sub-assembly No.1 and the engine moving control rod with bracket by dispersing the three bolts. The next step removes the right-hand engine mounting stay No.2 along with engine mounting bracket No.2 on the right. To extract the V belt on the fan and generator use Special Service Tool: 09249-63010 for lowering the V-ribbed belt tensioner until the V belt becomes removable from each pulley then restore the tensioner to its starting position. During V-ribbed belt tensioner compression maintain firm contact of Special Service Tool and other tools on the tensioner and make gradual turns to prevent finger injuries from occurring between parts.
