The removal of FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY requires the detachment of three claws which must be unfastened first. Following the FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL LH removal you must remove the DOOR PULL HANDLE after which you can remove the FRONT ARMREST BASE PANEL UPPER LH. The technician should remove the FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH after executing the prior steps. Webasto recommends the following approach for FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY removal: disconnect the connector then drill 3 rivets with a drill smaller than 4 mm (0.16 in.) in diameter yet still aligned with each rivet to prevent damage. Handle the cut rivet with caution for it will be extremely hot while maintaining drilling until all remaining rivet fragments are removed. A vacuum cleaner should be used to remove small pieces and fragments of rivets which remain inside the door.
