The first step to replace or remove the radiator for 1ZZ-FE cooling systems is to drain engine coolant. The process begins with hose detachment of both radiator ports followed by separation of automatic transaxle components which includes oil cooler inlet hose No.1 and outlet hose No.1. The radiator assembly removal process starts with connector disconnection from the fan motor before using pliers to remove wire harness clamps from the fan shroud and after that removing both fan mount bolts to finally separate the fan assembly with motor.
