Install the brake booster by first mounting the lock nut together with the brake master cylinder push rod clevis to the brake booster assembly and fully tighten the lock nut following proper pedal height adjustment with 26 Nm (265 kgf-cm, 19 ft-lbf) torque. Then install the brake booster gasket with new hardware followed by assembly installation using 4 nuts where torque should be applied at 13 Nm and caution should be taken to protect brake lines. First apply lithium soap base glycol grease onto the push rod pin before attaching the new clip between the brake master cylinder push rod clevis and the pedal using this pin. Ordain the brake pedal return spring as part of installing it. Then inspect and modify the brake pedal height. The last step involves installing the brake master cylinder sub-assembly followed by connecting the No. 2 vacuum hose and placing its clip correctly.
