2008 Toyota Avalon Parts Questions & Experts Answers

  • Q: How to remove the front wiper motor on 2008 Toyota Avalon?
A: You must start the front wiper motor removal process by detaching the left side windshield wiper arm and blade assembly through the nut removal. Proceed to the precisely same process for removing the right side components. The removal of the cowl top ventilator louver on the right side requires unfastening its twelve clips. The procedure starts with disconnecting the connector followed by removing all 4 bolts that attach the windshield wiper motor along with its link assembly. A screwdriver prepared with protective tape should be used to disconnect the rod on the wiper link assembly from the windshield wiper motor assembly prior to removing its 3 bolts. One should perform installation steps in the opposite direction of the removal process.
