Before installing a new name plate on the vehicle start by heating both the vehicle body and the name plate with a heat light while avoiding overheating. The installation of the back door name plate starts by performing body surface cleaning followed by double-sided tape removal and final application of adhesive residue remover. Heat the body surface one more time before removing the release paper from the new name plate while keeping the exposed adhesive free from contamination until installation according to the provided image. The procedure must be executed once for installing new name plates on both No. 7 luggage compartment door and No. 3 luggage compartment door and No. 2 luggage compartment door where you must detach Back Up light assemblies LH and RH from their positions prior to surface cleaning and heating. The procedure includes uninstalling RH and LH Back Up light assemblies before inserting the new name plate along with reattaching these assemblies. Give all name plates the standard dimensions according to XL, XLS, LIMITED and TOURING specifications.
