How to remove the front wiper motor on Toyota Avalon?

The procedure for removing the front wiper motor begins with unscrewling the nut securing the windshield wiper arm and blade assembly on the left. A similar process follows for the right side of the windshield wiper motor. Follow the procedure to pop 12 clips off in order to remove the cowl top ventilator louver on the right side. Disconnect the connector before uninstalling 4 bolts which maintain the connection between windshield wiper motor and link assembly. Using a screwdriver tool protected with tape you need to divide the rod from the wiper link assembly to remove the 3 bolts attached to this assembly. The reinstallation process follows the opposite sequence from uninstillation.
