The assembly installation requires the use of protrusion up orientation with complete engagement of claws for secure attachment. Including a nut on the control shaft lever and torquing it to 13 Nm (133 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf) creates a mount for the assembly which should later be connected to the No. 1 transmission control cable bracket with a new clip. In this step, you should install the air cleaner inlet numbered one, air cleaner case, air cleaner cap alongside its attached air cleaner hose, then the air cleaner inlet numbered two, and lastly add the cool air intake duct seal. The installation process must begin with the center air bag sensor assembly followed by the air conditioning unit. End the process by checking and readjusting the shift lever when needed.
