The assembly should be mounted with its protruding end upward while the claws maintain complete engagement. Assemble the control shaft to its lever by applying a 13 Nm torque on the nut before installing a new clip at the No. 1 transmission control cable bracket. You should start by installing the air cleaner inlet No. 1 before adding the air cleaner case and attaching the air cleaner cap with its attached air cleaner hose and the air cleaner inlet No. 2. To complete the installation you should place the cool air intake duct seal together with the center air bag sensor assembly. The installation of the air conditioning unit should be followed by checking and readjusting the shift lever position as needed.
