Use your fingers to release the 3 turn signal shifting assembly claws before lifting apart the hood lock control lever sub-unit. Unbutton the 8 claws and 2 clips to take out the instrument finish lower panel sub-assembly. Take out the entire turn signal flasher after completing your work.
