Brake master cylinder disassembly starts by removing the brake master cylinder reservoir filler cap assembly together with the brake master cylinder reservoir strainer. The brake master cylinder needs securing inside a vise between aluminum plates without applying excess force on the plates. A pin punch together with a hammer will strike the straight pin to let go of the brake master cylinder reservoir. The last step includes taking away both grommets which exist in the master cylinder reservoir.
