  A: Start with placing the condenser into the vehicle while taking care not to damage either component. A new condenser requires 40 cc (1.35 fl. oz.) ND-OIL8 as well as equivalent compressor oil during installation. Before attaching the air conditioning tube to the condenser you should apply sufficient ND-OIL8 or equivalent compressor oil to a new O-ring together with the tube joint fitting surface. Then put the O-ring onto the air conditioning tube and fasten it with a torques bolt maintained at 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf). The discharge hose sub-assembly demands the removal of vinyl tape followed by compressor oil application to a new O-ring before installation onto the discharge hose for a secure connection to the condenser through a bolt torque at 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf).
