Complete the generator pulley loosening procedure using Special Service Tool 1-A following instructions but never exceed half a turn of rotation to protect the generator rotor shaft. The procedure begins by securing Special Service Tool1-B first before releasing Special Service Tool1-A that allows the removal of the generator from Special Service Tool2 and completion of generator pulley nut and generator pulley removal. The generator rear end cover with three nuts must be removed after placing the generator on the generator pulley.
