The generator installation requires two bolts which should be tightened to 21 Nm torque (215 kgf-cm, 16 ft-lbf) and 52 Nm torque (530 kgf-cm, 38 ft-lbf). The repair process requires attaching wire harness clamps before you should connect the generator wire through a nut tightened to 9.8 Nm which equals 100 kgf-cm or 7 ft-lbf. Next install the terminal cap followed by generator connector connection. Finally attach the system with a generator V belt before installing both the fan and generator. You need to attach the front fender apron seal by using both clips and screws.
