  A: After installing the cooler condenser it is necessary to add 40 cc (1.4 fl. oz.) of ND-8 compressor oil or equivalent solution when using a new component. The installation requires insertion of the radiator support upper by using 5 bolts and 2 nuts to achieve a torque strength of 9.8 Nm (100 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf). After the high pitched horn assembly and low pitched horn assembly should go in. Reassemble the hood lock through 3 bolts first and then secure the radiator support upper bracket to its position with 2 bolts while tightening them to 19 Nm (194 kgf-cm, 14 ft-lbf). First remove the attached vinyl tape from the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe. Then apply ND-OIL 8 compressor oil or equivalent to a new O-ring and the fitting surface before installing the O-ring and securely bolting the pipe to the cooler condenser with 2 bolts at 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 47 in-lbf). Repetition is necessary for the No. 1 cooler refrigerant discharge hose installation with a new o-ring requiring compressor oil application followed by bolt tightening at 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 47 in-lbf).
