The installation of a new oil seal starts by applying MP grease to its lip followed by using Special Service Tool: 09223-78010 to strike the oil seal with a hammer until it reaches the same height as the rear oil seal retainer edge. The automatic transmission assembly installation requires the drive plate with ring gear reinstallation.
