  A: The procedure to remove and install the Housing Assembly HVAC Blower Unit starts with unfastening the instrument panel safety pad and heater to foot duct No.1 followed by stereo component amplifier assembly and ECM before moving on to the blower assembly. Separate connectors before taking out the screw and clamp and holder for the blower connector and then removing clamps from 5 wire harnesses. Before the 2 wire harness clamps can be disconnected you need to remove the stereo component amplifier assembly. When working on Manual A/C models users must disconnect 4 connectors and remove a clamp whereas Auto A/C models need users to disconnect 3 connectors and take out the clamp.
